Why it earns its place
The only book that treats cloud cost as an engineering discipline rather than a procurement problem. Written by the people who founded the FinOps Foundation, so it is also the closest thing the FOCP exam has to a canonical text. The second edition adds forecasting and sustainability, which is where most of the recent practice has moved.
