This site sets three cookies, all strictly necessary. There are no advertising, retargeting or social media cookies, and no tracking cookies.

The cookies

All three are strictly necessary under the ePrivacy rules, so they do not require consent: the first two exist only because you chose to sign in, and without them a session cannot be kept.

Buying a course

Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page, served by its Link service, not on ours. Stripe sets its own cookies there — for fraud prevention, and to remember your Link account if you have one — under its cookie policy, not this one. We receive no cookie from that visit and we never see your card details.

Back on our site, nothing extra is set: your access to what you bought rides on the same session cookie listed above.

Stored in your browser, not cookies

If you clear your browser storage while signed out, your anonymous progress is gone for good — it only exists on your device, so we have no copy. If you are signed in, the account copy survives.

Analytics

We use Umami, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is why you see no consent banner here — the storage rule simply is not triggered.

Cookieless is not the same as collecting nothing, and we will not blur the two. Umami does receive your IP address, browser and page URL at the network layer. The Privacy Policy covers what that means. If you would rather we measured nothing, block the Umami script with any content blocker — nothing on the site breaks.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Be aware that blocking our cookies means sign-in stops working, since the session cannot be kept without them. Reading the site works fine either way.
